基于McCubbin家庭抗逆力模型的积极家庭心理干预在膀胱癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究基于McCubbin家庭抗逆力模型的积极家庭心理干预对膀胱癌患者心理健康、希望水平及家庭功能的影响。方法选取2020年11月-2021年11月在成都大学附属医院泌尿外科接受膀胱灌注治疗的膀胱癌患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和干预组,各70例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,干预组在常规护理基础上实施基于McCubbin家庭抗逆模型的积极家庭心理干预。采用一般资料调查问卷、症状自评量表、希望水平量表、家庭适应性和凝聚力评估量表进行结果评估。结果干预后干预组患者的希望水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05);家庭适应性和凝聚力评估评分高于对照组(P<0.05);而心理困扰和心理病理症评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于McCubbin家庭抗逆力模型的积极家庭心理干预能够提高患者希望水平、家庭适应性和凝聚力,降低患者的心理困扰和心理病理症状。Objective To explore the effect of positive family psychological intervention based on McCubbin family resilience model on mental health,hope level and family function of patients with bladder cancer.Methods Patients with bladder cancer who received bladder perfusion therapy in the Department of Urology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given positive family psychological intervention based on McCubbin family resilience model on the basis of routine nursing.The general data questionnaire,symptom self-rating scale,hope level scale,family adaptability and cohesion assessment scale were used to evaluate the results.Results After intervention,the score of hope level in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of family adaptability and cohesion were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological distress and psychopathology were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive family psychological intervention based on McCubbin family resilience model can improve patients'hope level,family adaptability and cohesion,and reduce patients'psychological distress and psychopathological symptoms.
