摘　　要：目的:分析雄激素性脱发(AGA)患者生活质量和抑郁情况及其影响因素.方法:选取2022年9月—2023年9月在乐山市人民医院就诊的AGA患者177例进行问卷调查,调查内容包括皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)、患者健康问卷-9(PHQ-9)和基本资料调查表,调查结束后分析患者DLQI、PHQ-9得分情况及其影响因素.结果:177例AGA患者DLQI平均得分5.11分;148例(83.62%)认为AGA对生活质量造成影响,主要为轻中度影响.PHQ-9平均得分8.25分;117例(66.10%)因AGA有抑郁表现,主要为轻中度抑郁.年龄、病程及婚姻状况与DLQI及PHQ-9得分成负相关(P<0.05);性别、学历、职业与DLQI及PHQ-9得分无相关性(P>0.05).结论:多数AGA患者认为AGA对其生活质量造成了影响,且出现抑郁状态.年龄、病程及婚姻状况与AGA患者生活质量和抑郁状态有相关性,建议针对其采取相关措施,以提高AGA患者生活质量,缓解其抑郁状态.Objective To analyze the quality of life and depressive status in patients with androgenic alopecia(AGA),and the correlation factors and depressive status.Methods A total of 177 AGA patients who were treated in the People's Hospital of Leshan from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected for questionnaire survey,which included Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and basic data questionnaire.After the investigation,the factors between the basic data of patients and the scores of DLQI and PHQ-9 was analyzed.Results The average score of DLQI in 177 patients with AGA was 5.11;148 patients(83.62%)believed that AGA had an impact on quality of life,mainly mild to moderate.The average PHQ-9 score was 8.25;117 cases(66.10%)had depression due to AGA,mainly mild to moderate depression.Age,course of disease and marital status were negatively correlated with DLQI and PHQ-9 scores(P<0.05),while gender,educational background and occupation were not significantly correlated with DLQI and PHQ-9 scores(P>0.05).Conclusions Most patients with AGA believe that AGA affects their quality of life and suffer from depression.Age,course of disease and marital status are correlated with the quality of life and depressive state of AGA patients.It is suggested that relevant measures should be taken to improve the quality of life of AGA patients and alleviate their depressive state.
