摘　　要：目的:总结报道2例儿童多系统炎症综合征临床病例特点,以提高对本病的认识从而减少误诊、漏诊.方法:收集并分析苏州大学附属儿童医院收治的2例儿童多系统炎症综合征患儿的住院资料及既往关于本病的文献报道资料,并对病例特点进行总结.结果:2例患儿均有发热、休克、皮肤黏膜改变等多系统受累表现,给予丙种球蛋白和甲泼尼龙免疫治疗、抗凝、抗感染、脏器功能支持治疗后患儿恢复良好.结论:儿童多系统炎症综合征可引起休克等血流动力学改变从而威胁患儿生命,及早的识别和干预预后良好.Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of 2 children with multiple system inflammatory syndrome,and to improve the understanding of the disease so as to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Methods The inpatient data and previous literature reports of 2 children with multiple system inflammatory syndrome admitted to our hospital were collected and analyzed,and the characteristics of the cases were comprehensively analyzed.Results Both patients had symptoms of multiple system involvement such as fever,shock,and changes in skin and mucosa.After receiving immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone immunotherapy,anticoagulation,antiinfection,and organ function support,the children recovered well.Conclusions Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children can cause hemodynamic changes such as shock,which can threaten the lives of children.Early identification and intervention have a good prognosis.
