摘 要:饮酒是世界范围内引起急性和慢性肝损伤的主要原因之一,其导致的酒精性肝病(ALD)首先出现肝脂肪变性,进而纤维化,随后引起肝硬化,甚至可发展为肝细胞癌,威胁人们生命健康.在过去的几十年里,已经建立了许多啮齿类动物模型来研究急性和慢性酒精暴露所致ALD的发生和发展,但其许多特征尚不明确,仍需要进一步改进动物模型,以便更精准地模拟人类ALD.为此,本文对现临床常用的ALD啮齿类动物模型的优缺点及具有巨大潜力新型ALD啮齿类动物模型的应用情况和研究进展进行综述,以期为人类ALD的研究提供依据.Drinking is one of the main causes of acute and chronic liver injury worldwide.Alcoholic liver disease(ALD)caused by drinking first appears liver steatosis,then fibrosis,then cirrhosis,and even hepatocellular carcinoma,threatening people's life and health.Over the past few decades,a number of rodent models have been developed to study the onset and development of ALD caused by acute and chronic alcohol exposure,but many of its characteristics remain unclear and further improvement of animal models is needed to more accurately simulate ALD in humans.Therefore,the advantages and disadvantages of ALD rodent models commonly used in clinical practice and the research progress and application of new ALD rodent models with great potential are reviewed in this paper,in order to provide a basis for human ALD research.
