基于生态位视角的农民工经济融入研究

摘　　要：基于生态位视角分析农民工经济融入。研究发现,存在农民工城市生态位区隔,高收入农民工的生态位宽已经具备经济融入的基础,但生态位重叠严重的情况不容忽视。基于此,提出以文化融合打破农民工生态位区隔、拓宽生态资源渠道以增强农民工经济融入生态位宽、转移竞争焦点以减少农民工经济融入生态位重叠等建议。From the perspective of ecological niche,this paper analyzes the economic integration of migrant workers.It is found that there is urban ecological niche segregation among migrant workers.High-income migrant workers'ecological niche width has established a basis for economic integration,but the severe niche overlap cannot be overlooked.Accordingly,this study proposes to break down the ecological niche segregation through cultural integration,broaden niche resource channels to enhance their economic integration niche breadth,and shift the competitive focus to alleviate niche overlap during the economic integration process.
