脉血康胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察脉血康胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的效果及对神经功能和凝血相关因子的影响。方法:以随机数字表法将鹤煤总医院(鹤壁市第二人民医院)神经内科2021年11月至2023年5月收治的90例AIS患者分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用阿司匹林肠溶片和硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联用脉血康胶囊,比较两组患者的临床疗效和相关检验结果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(88.89%)高于对照组(71.11%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14 d后观察组患者巴塞尔指数量表(BI)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14 d后观察组患者血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原和低切黏度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14 d后观察组患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp–PLA2)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脉血康胶囊辅助治疗AIS效果较好,能够显著缓解患者神经功能障碍,改善其脑血液循环状态和临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of Mai Xue Kang capsules in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and its impact on neurological function and coagulation-related factors.Methods A total of 90 AIS patients admitted to the Department of Neurology at Hemei General Hospital(Hebi Second People’s Hospital)from November 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin entericcoated tablets and clopidogrel bisulfate tablets,while the observation group received additional Mai Xue Kang capsules on top of the control group’s treatment.The clinical efficacy and related test results were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(88.89%)was higher than that of the control group(71.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the scores of the Barthel Index(BI)and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and the modified Rankin Scale(MRS)were lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,and low-shear viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mai Xue Kang capsules as an adjuvant treatment for AIS is effective,significantly alleviating neurological dysfunction and improving cerebral circulation and clinical symptoms.
