西帕依固龈液配合阿莫西林及人工牛黄甲硝唑治疗老年慢性牙周炎的成本效果及预后影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的 探究老年慢性牙周炎治疗中西帕依固龈液配合阿莫西林及人工牛黄甲硝唑治疗方案应用价值。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年5月本院收治的80例老年慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象。按入院先后顺序分为对照组与研究组,对照组采取阿莫西林及人工牛黄甲硝唑,研究组在对照组基础上采取西帕依固龈液。治疗后统计治疗效果、成本效果、牙周状况、炎性因子水平,并统计疾病复发率及其影响因素。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且研究组治疗成本低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗后牙周指标及龈沟液炎性细胞因子表达水平优于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组复发率低于对照组,Logistic多因素分析表示患者是否定期口腔检查、自我效能高低是影响患者预后的主要因素(P <0.05)。结论 西帕依固龈液配合阿莫西林及人工牛黄甲硝唑治疗方案能为老年慢性牙周炎疾病临床治疗提供一种效果显著、费用低廉的方案,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective To explore the application value of ciparil solid gingival fluid combined with amoxicillin and artificial bezoar metronidazole in the treatment of senile chronic periodontitis.Methods Eighty elderly patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Divided into a control group and a study group in the order of admission,the control group received amoxicillin and artificial bezoar metronidazole,while the study group received Xipayi gingival fluid in addition to the control group.After treatment,calculate the treatment effect,cost effectiveness,periodontal condition,levels of inflammatory factors,and calculate the disease recurrence rate and its influencing factors.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the treatment cost in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The periodontal indicators and expression levels of inflammatory cytokines in gingival crevicular fluid in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that whether patients underwent regular oral examinations and their self-efficacy were the main factors affecting patient prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Xipaii solid gingival solution with amoxicillin and artificial bezoar metronidazole can provide an effective and low cost scheme for the clinical treatment of chronic periodontitis in the elderly,and can be further promoted in the clinic.
