沉香温胃丸对低温环境下胃溃疡的防治作用

摘　　要：目的 研究低温环境下胃溃疡防治中沉香温胃丸的应用价值。方法 于2023年4月至2024年3月选取大鼠进行动物实验,选取36只大鼠,根据管理方法分组,均匀分设6组,包括空白组、胃溃疡模型组(造模组)、奥美拉唑用药组(西药组)、低剂量中药组、中剂量中药组、高剂量中药组,其中中药3组均为沉香温胃丸用药,比较各组胃溃疡指数、血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)指标、胃黏膜蛋白浓度血清丙二醛(MDA)指标。结果 胃溃疡指数比较,造模组最高,用药4组较低,空白组最低(P <0.05)。血清IL-6指标比较,造模组IL-6指标较高(P <0.05),用药4组、空白组IL-6指标无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。蛋白浓度比较,造模组MDA指标较高,其次为用药4组,空白组最低(P <0.05),用药4组MDA指标无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 沉香温胃丸可缓解大鼠胃溃疡病情,减轻局部炎性反应,改善胃溃疡指数,促进胃黏膜修复,疗效与西药奥美拉唑相近,应用价值较高。Objective To study the application value of Agarwood Wenwei pills in the prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer under low temperature environment.Methods Rats were selected for animal experiments from April 2023 to March 2024,and 36 rats were divided into 6groups according to management methods,including blank group,gastric ulcer model group(modeling group),omeprazole administration group(western medicine group),low-dose Chinese medicine group,medium-dose Chinese medicine group and high-dose Chinese medicine group,among which the 3 Chinese medicine groups were all administered with agarwood warming stomach pill.Gastric ulcer index,serum interleukin-6(IL-6)index,gastric mucosal protein concentration and serum malondialdehyde(MDA) index were compared among all groups.Results The gastric ulcer index was the highest in the model group,the lower in the four medication group and the lowest in the blank group(P<0.05).Compared with the serum IL-6 index,the IL-6 index in the modeling group was higher(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the four medication groups and the blank group(P>0.05).Compared with protein concentration,MDA index was higher in the modeling group,followed by the four drug groups,and the blank group was the lowest(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in MDA index among the four drug groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Agarwood warming stomach pill can relieve the condition of gastric ulcer in rats,reduce the local inflammatory reaction,improve the index of gastric ulcer,and promote the repair of gastric mucosa.The efficacy is similar to that of Western medicine omeprazole,and the application value is high.
