开放式护理管理模式对胃肠镜检查患儿依从性及护理效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨开放式护理管理模式对胃肠镜检查患儿依从性及护理效果的影响。方法 从2023年3月至2023年12月医院消化内科接受无痛胃肠镜检查的儿童病例中,选取50例在无痛胃肠镜检查期间实施常规护理的患儿纳入对照组,选取50例实施开放式护理管理模式干预的患儿纳入研究组,对两组患儿进行回顾性研究。对比两组患儿的检查依从性、生命体征指标、不良事件、一次性检查成功率、检查耗时,对比两组家长的护理满意度。结果 研究组患儿对无痛胃肠镜检查的总依从率96.00%高于对照组80.00%(P <0.05)。插镜后,研究组的平均动脉压、心率的数值均比对照组低,即平均动脉压、心率波动更平稳(P <0.05)。研究组患儿的不良事件总发生率2.00%低于对照组16.00%,一次性检查成功率100.00%高于对照组88.00%,检查耗时比对照组短,P <0.05。研究组家长对护理服务的总满意率98.00%高于对照组84.00%(P <0.05)。结论 在消化内科对儿童病例进行无痛胃肠镜检查期间,应用开放式护理管理模式进行护理干预可有效增强患儿依从性,维持其生命体征稳定,减少不良事件,有利于保证无痛胃肠镜检查一次性完成,减少检查耗时,还可减轻患儿家长在心理方面的负性情绪,使其对于护理服务更加满意。Objective To explore the impact of an open nursing management model on the compliance and nursing effectiveness of children undergoing gastroscopy examination.Methods Among children who underwent painless gastroscopy examination in the hospital's gastroenterology department from March 2023 to December 2023,50 children who received routine care during the painless gastroscopy examination were included as the control group,and 50 children who received open nursing management intervention were included as the study group,a retrospective study was conducted on the two groups of children.The examination compliance,vital sign indicators,adverse events,one-time examination success rate and examination time were compared between two groups of children,and the nursing satisfaction was compared between two groups of parents.Results The total compliance rate of the study group's children with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group's 80.00%(P<0.05).After inserting the endoscope,the average arterial pressure and heart rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,mean arterial pressure and heart rate fluctuations are more stable(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 16.00% in the control group,and the success rate of one-time examination was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.00% in the control group,the examination time was shorter than that of the control group,all P<0.05.The total satisfaction rate of parents in the study group with nursing services was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During the painless gastroscopy examination of pediatric cases in the gastroenterology department,the application of an open nursing management model for nursing intervention can effectively enhance the compliance of children,maintain their vital signs stability,reduce adverse events,ensure the one-time completion of painless gastroscopy examination,reduce
