摘 要:目的 分析翻转课堂(FC)联合病例导入式以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)在外科学教学中的效果。方法 于2021年9月至2023年8月选取本校临床医学专业本科学生90名,根据教学时间进行分组,其中2022年9月至2023年8月的45名学生作为研究组,2021年9月至2022年8月的45名学生作为对照组。对照组采取常规教学模式进行外科学教学,研究组采取FC联合病例导入式PBL模式进行外科学教学。对两组学生的教学考核成绩、教学前后中文版批判性思维能力题表(CTDI-CV)评分以及教学满意度进行比较。结果 与对照组考核成绩相比,研究组理论知识、实践操作的考核成绩更高(P <0.05)。教学前CTDI-CV评价中,两组结果未见差异(P> 0.05);教学后,与对照组分值相比,研究组CTDI-CV评价分值更高(P <0.05)。与对照组的满意度对比,研究组对于外科学的教学满意度更高(P <0.05)。结论 FC联合病例导入式PBL在外科学教学中具有较为理想的应用效果,能够有效提高教学考核成绩、学生的批判性思维能力与教学满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of flipped classroom(FC) combined with case-based Problem-based learning(PBL) in the teaching of external sciences.Methods From September 2021 to August 2023,90 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine at our university were selected and grouped according to teaching time.Among them,45 students from September 2022to August 2023 were selected as the research group,and 45 students from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the control group.The control group adopted conventional teaching mode for surgical teaching,while the research group adopted the FC combined case-based PBL teaching mode for surgical teaching.Compare the teaching assessment scores,critical thinking disposition inventory Chinese version(CTDI-CV) scores,and teaching satisfaction of two groups of students before and after teaching.Results Compared with the control group,the research group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge and practical operations(P<0.05).In the pre teaching CTDI-CV evaluation,there was no significant difference in the results between the two groups(P>0.05).In the post teaching CTDI-CV evaluation,compared with the control group,the research group had a higher score(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the research group showed higher satisfaction with teaching surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions The FC combined case introduction PBL has a relatively ideal application effect in surgical teaching,which can effectively improve teaching assessment scores,as well as students' critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.
