摘 要:英国建立了许多现代生涯服务机构,如盖茨比基金会(GCF)、英国教育标准局(Ofsted)、国家生涯服务中心(NCS)、生涯发展学会(CDI)、生涯和企业公司(CEC)等。这些机构在生涯教育发展过程中起到了积极的推动作用。现今的英国生涯服务机构发挥着课程指导、信息服务、制定标准的重要作用,推动着英国生涯教育改革。与传统生涯服务机构相比,英国现代生涯服务机构呈现出注重政策引领、注重与雇主联系、注重运用数字技术等特点。我国可借鉴英国经验,在建立生涯服务机构时设定统一的标准、联系企业、注重信息整合等,推动生涯教育高质量发展。Many modern career service organizations have been established in the UK,such as the Gatsby Charitable Foundation(GCF),the Office for Standards in Education(Ofsted),the National Career Service(NCS),the Career Development Institute(CDI)and the Career&Enterprise Company(CEC),etc,which have played a positive role in the development of career education.Today's British career service organizations play an important role in curriculum guidance,information service and standard-setting,and promote the reform of UK career education.Compared with the traditional career service organizations,the modern career service organizations in the UK present the characteristics of focusing on policy guidance,focusing on contact with employers and focusing on the use of digital technology.China can learn from the British experience,and should set unified standards,contact enterprises and focus on information integration when establishing career service organizations to promote the high-quality development of career education.
