课程思政与虚拟仿真实训教学融合研究——以“电力机车总体及走行部检查”课程为例

摘　　要：“电力机车总体及走行部检查”虚拟仿真实训课程是培养铁道机车运用与维护高素质技术技能型人才的主要平台,同时,也是培养铁道兵精神与工匠精神等核心职业素养的重要载体。“电力机车总体及走行部检查”虚拟仿真实训平台设计为中国铁路发展史、车体检查维护、走行部检查维护、牵引装置检查维护、牵引缓冲装置检查维护、通风系统检查维护、一次乘务作业七个教学模块。挖掘课程思政育人元素,将各模块技能训练项点与课程思政元素有机融合,让学生沉浸式体验,内化于心,实现“德技并修、育训结合”的目的。The virtual simulation training course“General and Running Part Inspection of Electric Locomotive”is the main platform for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in the application and maintenance of railway locomotives,and also an important carrier for cultivating core professional qualities such as the spirit of railway soldiers and craftsmen.The virtual simulation training platform of General and Running Part Inspection of Electric Locomotive is designed with seven teaching modules:the development history of Chinese railways,vehicle body inspection and maintenance,running part inspection and maintenance,traction device inspection and maintenance,traction buffer device inspection and maintenance,ventilation system inspection and maintenance,and a crew operation.Explore the elements of ideological and political education in the curriculum,organically integrate the skill training points of each module with the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,allowing students to immerse themselves in the experience,internalize it in their hearts,and achieve the goal of“combining moral and technical education with education and training”.
