摘  要:乡村振兴,人才为先,设计人才是乡村焕发活力的关键因素。普通高校作为人才的输出地,应培养大批有深厚乡土情结的设计人才,让设计赋能乡村振兴,不断强化乡村振兴的人才支撑。本文分析了当前乡村振兴进程中普通高校设计人才培养的现状,通过策略探索,提出了普通高校本土化设计人才的培养模式,该模式包括在“技”“艺”“道”“乡”4个方面,培养学生具备精湛的技术、卓越的艺术能力、正确的价值引领与扎根于乡村的情怀。通过将乡土文化认同与设计人才培养融合,能更好地适应和推动乡村振兴的实际需求,实现乡村文脉与设计创新的有机结合,推动乡村振兴的可持续发展,有效促进乡土文化认同与设计人才培养的融合。Talent comes first in rural revitalization,and design talents are the key factor in rural revitalization.As a talent exporter,general universities should cultivate a large number of design talents with deep local sentiments,so that design can empower rural revitalization and continuously strengthen talent support for rural revitalization.This article analyzes the current status of the training of design talents in ordinary universities in the current process of rural revitalization.Through strategic exploration,a training model for localized design talents in ordinary universities is proposed.Four aspects,cultivating students with superb technology,excellent artistic ability,correct value guidance and feelings rooted in the countryside.By integrating local cultural identity with the training of design talents,we can better adapt to and promote the actual needs of rural revitalization,achieve an organic combination of rural context and design innovation,promote the sustainable development of rural revitalization,and effectively promote local cultural identity and design.Integration of talent training.
