摘  要:目的简要综述D型单端孢霉烯类化合物及其抗癌活性的研究现状,为开发新抗癌药物提供先导化合物。方法参考近年来已报道的相关文献,对D型单端孢霉烯类化合物及其抗癌活性进行综述。结果概述了单端孢霉烯类化合物的结构特征,并总结了已报道的D型单端孢霉烯类化合物及其抗癌活性。结论综述了97个D型单端孢霉烯类化合物及其抗癌活性,初步讨论了部分化合物的构效关系,为进一步开发此类小分子用于癌症的治疗奠定基础。Purposes—To briefly summarize the research status of D-type trichothecenes and their anticancer activity,and to provide lead compounds for the development of new anticancer drugs.Methods—The D-type trichothecenes and their anticancer activities were reviewed by reference to relevant literature reported in recent years.Results—The structural features of trichothecenes are sketched out and the reported D-type trichothecenes and their anticancer activities are summarized.Conclusions—97 D-type trichothecenes and their anticancer activities are reviewed hereof,with the structure-activity relationship of some compounds preliminarily discussed,thus laying the foundation for further development of such small molecules for the treatment of cancer.
