摘 要:太阳能-常规联合干燥具有干燥速率快、节约能耗等优点,在木材干燥中具有巨大的应用潜力。以杨木锯材为原料,对其进行常规干燥和太阳能-常规联合干燥处理,并对比分析其能耗。结果表明:两种干燥方法的干燥质量均达到了国家锯材质量二级标准。常规干燥含水率从30%到10%的干燥速率为1.67%/h,联合干燥含水率从30%到10%的干燥速率为2.86%/h。联合干燥后期的干燥速度为常规干燥的1.7倍。干燥1 m^(3)的杨木,采用常规干燥方法的耗电量为245 kW·h,耗蒸汽量为720 kg,采用太阳能-常规联合干燥方法耗电量为133.6 kW·h,耗蒸汽量为409.7 kg,其电能节省率为83.4%,蒸汽节省率为75.7%。Solar-conventional joint drying has the advantages of fast drying rate and energy saving,and has great application potential in wood drying.In this study,poplar sawn timber was used as raw material,and conventional drying and solar-conventional joint drying treatment were used to compare and analyze their energy consumption.The results showed that the drying quality of the two drying methods has reached the national sawn timber quality secondary standard.The drying rate of conventional drying moisture content from 30%to 10%was 1.67%/h,and the drying rate of combined drying moisture content from 30%to 10%was 2.86%/h.The drying speed in the later stage of joint drying was 1.7 times that of conventional drying.To dry 1 m^(3) of poplar,the conventional drying method consumed 245 kW·h of electricity and 720 kg of steam,and the solar energy-conventional combined drying method consumed 133.6 kW·h and 409.7 kg of steam.Therefore,the electric energy saving rate was 83.4%and the steam saving rate was 75.7%.
