摘 要:3D打印技术能赋予家具设计自由多变、结构复杂化、加工高效低耗、原材料浪费少等特点,因而成为未来家具设计行业发展的重要趋势之一。本文介绍了3D打印技术及3D打印家具的发展历程,并从家具的复杂造型成型环节、结构部件生产环节、材料应用环节、产品开发环节4个方面重点分析了现阶段3D打印技术在家具设计中的应用流程及优势,最后论述了3D打印技术在家具设计领域未来的发展趋势。3D printing technology gives furniture design freedom and versatility,structural complexity,efficient and low-consumption processing,and less waste of raw materials,making it one of the important trends in the development of the furniture design industry in the future.This paper introduced 3D printing technology and 3D printing furniture development history,and focused on analyzing the application process and advantages of 3D printing technology in furniture design at the present stage from four aspects,such as the complex shape molding link,structural components production link,material application link,product development link,etc.,and finally discussed the future development trend of 3D printing technology in the field of furniture design.
