摘　　要：立足于新质生产力培育视角,探索外商直接投资推动绿色双元创新提升的逻辑机理与现实路径。基于2012—2022年沪深A股上市企业数据,从探索式绿色创新和利用式绿色创新两方面衡量企业绿色双元创新,实证检验了外商直接投资对企业绿色双元创新的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明:外商直接投资对企业绿色双元创新有明显的抑制作用;ESG表现为正向调节两者的关系;融资约束是外商直接投资抑制企业绿色双元创新的中介路径;外商直接投资对探索式绿色创新的抑制作用在东部地区显著存在,利用式绿色创新的抑制作用在中部地区更加明显。该结论深化了有关外商直接投资与企业绿色双元创新复杂关系的认识和理解。Based on the perspective of new quality productivity cultivation,this paper explores the logical mechanism and realistic path of foreign direct investment to promote green dual innovation.Based on the data of A-share listed companies on Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2012 to 2022,this paper measures the green dual innovation of enterprises from two aspects of exploratory green innovation and exploitative green innovation,and empirically tests the impact and mechanism of foreign direct investment on green dual innovation of enterprises.The results show that foreign direct investment has a significant inhibitory effect on the green dual innovation of enterprises;ESG performance positively regulates the relationship between the two;financing constraints are the intermediary path for foreign direct investment to inhibit the green dual innovation of enterprises;the inhibitory effect of foreign direct investment on exploratory green innovation is significant in the eastern region,and the inhibitory effect on exploitative green innovation is more obvious in the central region.This conclusion deepens the understanding of the complex relationship between foreign direct investment and enterprise green dual innovation.
