摘  要:当前,我国地方师范大学面临两难发展困境。师范性作为其本色、特色与立校之本,面临着专业联动不足、学术研究受限及办学路径窄化的困难;综合性作为其生存、发展与强校之道,导致了发展焦点分散、师范特性弱化及办学方向偏离的问题。科学把握师范性与综合性同构建设,是地方师范大学高等教育高质量发展的现实选择:一要坚守师范性为发展之支撑支点,聚焦发展重点、保持师范特性、坚定办学方向;二要坚持综合性为强大之反哺径路,增强专业联动、深化学术研究、拓宽办学思路。Currently,local normal universities in China are facing a dilemma in their development.As the essence,characteristic,and foundation of schools,teacher education faces difficulties such as insuffi-cient professional linkage,limited academic research,and narrow educational paths;As a way of survival,development,and strengthening the school,comprehensiveness has led to the problems such as scattered development focus,weakened teacher training characteristics,and deviation from the direction of educa-tion.Scientifically grasping the isomorphic construction of teacher education and its comprehensiveness is a practical choice for the high-quality development of higher education in local normal universities:Firstly,we must adhere to the role of teacher education as the supporting pivot for development,focus on develop-ment priorities,maintain the characteristics of teacher education,and firmly establish the direction of edu-cation;Secondly,we must adhere to the path of comprehensive feedback,enhance professional linkage,deepen academic research,and broaden educational ideas.
