摘 要:针对高透声、低噪声的透声窗结构设计问题,文章采用五层约束阻尼夹层结构的透声窗设计;基于传递矩阵法,推导了五层约束阻尼夹层结构的透声率的理论计算公式,同时开展了五层约束阻尼夹层结构透声窗透声性能试验,从而验证了理论公式的可靠性;基于理论公式系统地研究了不同设计参数对透声窗透声性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:五层约束阻尼夹层结构透声窗的透声率随着频率的增加呈周期性变化,且整体呈下降趋势;约束阻尼层厚度的增加会改变透声性能的周期性变化规律;在中间层不变的情况下,透声性能的铺层顺序具有对称性。For the design of acoustic transmission window with high acoustic transmittance and low fluid exciting noise,a five-layer constrained damping sandwich structure is presented in this paper.Based on the transfer matrix method,the theoretical calculation formula of the acoustic transmittance of the five-layer constrained damping sandwich structure is derived,and the acoustic transmission performance test of this acoustic transmission window is carried out,which verifies the reliability of the theoretical formula.Based on the theoretical formula,the influences of different design parameters on the acoustic transmission performance of this acoustic transmission window are systematically studied.The results show that the acoustic transmittance of this acoustic transmission window changes periodically with the increase of frequency,and the overall trend is downward.The increase of the thickness of the constrained damping layer will change the periodic change law of the acoustic transmission performance.In the case where the middle layer is unchanged,the paving sequence of the acoustic transmission performance is symmetrical.
