摘 要:红外-大气组合式上进风家用燃气灶在避免纯红外式燃气灶热负荷调节比低的同时,热效率较传统大气式灶具更高。在不同锅支架高度下的性能测试实验中得出该款红外-大气组合式燃气灶的最优结构组合为锅支架高度25.1 mm、排烟口高度10.7 mm,对应的热负荷为5.156 6 kW、热效率78.20%;低于或高于该锅支架高度1.0 mm,热效率将下降近1.0%。热负荷衰减和温度监测实验结果,表明实测热负荷随燃烧时间增加逐步下降,温度随着燃烧时间增加逐渐上升,在第30至35min时趋于稳定。引射管流动仿真模拟结果,表明喷嘴壁温升高是造成该燃气灶热负荷随燃烧时间衰减的主要原因。The infrared-atmospheric combined upper air inlet household gas stove avoids the low heat load adjustment ratio of pure infrared gas stoves,while having higher thermal efficiency than traditional atmospheric stoves.This research tested the combustion performance of infrared-atmospheric combined gas stoves at different pot support heights:the optimal structural combination is 10.7 mm exhaust port height and 25.1 mm pot support height.The corresponding heat load is 5.1566 kW,thermal efficiency is 78.20%;the thermal efficiency will drop by nearly 1%if it is below or above the pot support height of 1.0 mm.The results of the heat load decay and temperature monitoring experiment are as follows:the measured heat load decreases with the combustion time,the temperature gradually rises with the burning time and tends to be stable at 30 to 35 minutes.The simulation results of the ejector flow show that the increase in nozzle wall temperature is the main reason for the thermal load of this gas stove to decay with the burning time.
