摘  要:基于2011—2022年沪深A股上市公司数据,探讨人工智能对战略性新兴企业新质生产力的影响。研究发现:人工智能培育了战略性新兴企业的新质生产力,且该效应在直辖市、中心城市、高科技和高竞争性行业更显著,但存在时间滞后效应;从劳动力结构调整视角看,人工智能可通过减少常规劳动岗位与低技能劳动力同时增加非常规劳动岗位与高技能劳动力的途径培育新质生产力;从要素增益技术变迁视角看,人工智能可通过增益资本和劳动要素的途径培育新质生产力;人工智能对战略性新兴企业新质生产力的影响在行业和地区内部表现为溢出效应。Based on the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022,the study explored the effect of artificial intelligence(AI)on the new quality productive forces of strategic emerging enterprises.The study found that AI has fostered new quality productive forces in strategic emerging enterprises,with the effect being more pronounced in municipalities,central cities,high-tech industries,and highly competitive sectors,and there was a time lag effect.From the perspective of labor force restructuring,AI could foster new quality productive forces by reducing routine jobs and low-skilled labor while increasing non-routine jobs and high-skilled labor.From the perspective of factor gain technological change,AI could cultivate new quality productive forces through the gain of capital and labor factors.In addition,this impact of AI manifested as spillover effects within industries and regions.
