摘 要:高吸水树脂在农业、医疗等方面有着广泛的应用。本文以丙烯酸和茶色素为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,糠醛为交联剂,水溶液聚合法合成高吸水树脂,并通过单因素实验和正交实验确定树脂的最佳制备条件,以此来研究温度、p H值、吸水时间等外界因素对树脂吸水性能的影响。实验结果表明:当丙烯酸质量为2 g,中和度为90%,茶色素用量为0.0030 g,引发剂用量0.0050 g,糠醛用量0.0008 m L时,制备的糠醛交联黑茶茶色素树脂吸水倍率最高,可达到1187.9 g·g^(-1),且其在中性环境中吸水16 h能达到最高吸水倍率。Super absorbent resin is widely used in agriculture,medical treatment and other fields.In this paper,super absorbent resin was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization with acrylic acid and tea pigment as raw materials,potassium persulfate(KPS)as initiator and furfural as crosslinking agent.The optimum preparation conditions of the resin were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The effects of external factors such as temperature,pH value and water absorption time on the water absorption properties of the resin were studied.The results showed that when the mass of acrylic acid was 2 g,the neutralization degree was 90%,the amount of tea pigment was 0.0030 g,the amount of initiator was 0.0050 g,and the amount of furfural was 0.0008 mL,the furfural cross-linked dark tea pigment resin had the highest water absorption rate,which could reach 1187.9·g·g^(−1),and it could reach the highest water absorption rate in a neutral environment for 16 h.
