基于认知发展理论的城市观鸟旅游开发策略研究——以北京龙潭西湖公园为例

摘　　要：生态文明建设是我国新发展格局之下实现美丽中国建设目标的重要环节,生态旅游作为践行“两山”理念的重要途径,也是实现生态产品价值转化的重要方式,不论是对于城市还是乡村的生态平衡和可持续发展都起着不可忽视的作用。鸟类是城市生态系统重要组成部分,观鸟旅游更是生态旅游的重要分支。以城市生态旅游发展为背景,将观鸟旅游作为切入点,基于皮亚杰认知发展理论,通过文献研究、田野调查等方法,结合国内外优秀研究实践,以北京龙潭西湖公园为例,对其设施、内容和组织等方面的问题进行分析。在认知发展理论视角下,充分发挥生态旅游的科普教育功能,梳理归纳城市公园中观鸟旅游的开发策略,为城市观鸟旅游未来发展建设提供指导,促进城市生态平衡,实现城市生态旅游高质量、可持续发展。The construction of ecological civilization is an important link in realizing the goal of building a beautiful China under new development pattern in China.Eco-tourism is a key path to practice the concept of"lucid waters and lush mountains are gold and silver mountains",which plays a non-negligible role in the ecological balance and sustainable development of both urban and rural areas.Birds are an important part of the urban ecosystem,and bird watching tourism is an important branch of eco-tourism.Taking the development of urban ecotourism as the background and bird watching as the entry point,based on Piaget's theory of cognitive development,through literature research,field investigation and other methods,combined with excellent research practices at home and abroad,this paper takes Beijing Longtan West Lake Park as an example to analyze its facilities,content and organization.Taking the park as an example,issues such as facilities and content organization are fully explored and brought into play in the popular science education function of ecotourism from the perspective of cognitive development theory,and the development strategies of bird watching tourism in urban parks are summarized and provided for bird watching tourism in urban parks,which provides guidance for future development and construction,promotes urban ecological balance,and achieves high-quality and sustainable development of urban eco-tourism.
