加巴喷丁联合卡马西平及托吡酯治疗难治性癫痫的临床效果分析

摘　　要：分析加巴喷丁联合卡马西平及托吡酯治疗难治性癫痫的效果。选取2022年5月—2023年7月复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院收治的82例难治性癫痫患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和联合组,每组各41例。对照组使用卡马西平及托吡酯治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上加用加巴喷丁治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗情况。结果显示,治疗后,联合组病情控制率高于对照组,机体功能评分(CMS、NFDS、ADL)优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,负面情绪评分低于对照组,上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对于难治性癫痫患者的治疗,临床应用卡马西平及托吡酯联合加巴喷丁的效果显著,可有效控制患者病情,改善其神经及记忆功能,且药物不良反应少,值得推广。Analyze the efficacy of gabapentin combined with carbamazepine and topiramate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy.82 patients with refractory epilepsy admitted to the Qingpu Hospital of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from May 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a combination group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with carbamazepine and topiramate,while the combination group was treated with gabapentin in addition to the control group.The clinical treatment status of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.The results showed that after treatment,the disease control rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the body function scores(CMS,NFDS,ADL)were better than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group.The differences in the above indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that for the treatment of refractory epilepsy patients,the clinical application of carbamazepine and topiramate combined with gabapentin has significant effects,which can effectively control the patient’s condition,improve their neurological and memory functions,and have fewer adverse drug reactions.It is worth promoting.
