摘　　要：脑卒中发病机制复杂,临床上治疗方法常受限于时间窗和禁忌证等。川芎Chuanxiong Rhizoma被誉为“治风圣药”,常用于脑卒中的治疗。现代研究发现川芎含有多种活性成分,具有多靶点、多途径干预疾病的作用,对脑卒中的复杂病理进程具有治疗优势。通过对川芎治疗脑卒中进行总结,并对其现代背景下的发展前景进行展望,为川芎治疗脑卒中基础及临床使用提供支持,为川芎药物的进一步科学开发和应用提供参考。As the pathogenesis of stroke is quite complex,clinical treatment is often limited by time window and contraindications.Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),known as the“holy medicine for wind”,is commonly utilized in the treatment of stroke.Modern studies have found that Chuanxiong Rhizoma contains a variety of active ingredients with multi-target and multi-pathway interventions,and has therapeutic advantages in the complex pathologic process of stroke.By summarizing the treatment of stroke with Chuanxiong Rhizoma and looking forward to its development in the modern background,providing support for the foundation and clinical application of Chuanxiong Rhizoma in the treatment of stroke,and references for the further scientific development and application of Chuanxiong Rhizoma.
