摘 要:基于洪川隧道与谭家桥隧道的现场监测数据,研究了围岩压力随施工进尺的时程变化规律以及围岩等级、隧道埋深等不同因素的影响,并分析了复合式衬砌不同部位在不同围岩特征下的荷载分布规律。研究结果表明:(1)谭家桥隧道Ⅴ级围岩断面的围岩压力约在开挖465 d后达到稳定,Ⅳ级围岩断面的围岩压力约在开挖40 d后达到稳定,不同围岩等级对围岩压力稳定情况影响较大;(2)当隧道为浅埋时,隧道围岩压力容易受围岩特征改变而产生剧烈变化,当隧道为深埋时,隧道围岩压力随着埋深的增大而增加;(3)隧道围岩压力随着围岩级别的增加而增加,Ⅴ级围岩、Ⅳ级围岩断面围岩压力最大值分别为146 kPa、89 kPa;(4)谭家桥隧道断面围岩侧压力系数随着围岩级别的增加而增加,表明Ⅴ级围岩断面更容易受荷载变化而影响结构稳定性;(5)谭家桥隧道拱顶、拱腰、边墙处相比初期支护结构,二衬承担了更多的围岩压力,主要影响因素有围岩情况差、断面埋深大、二衬施作早等。Based on on-site monitoring data of Hongchuan Tunnel and Tanjiaqiao Tunnel,the timevarying law of surrounding rock pressure with construction footage and the influence of different factors such as surrounding rock grade and tunnel burial depth are studied,and the load distribution law of different parts of the composite lining under different surrounding rock pressure is analyzed.The research results indicate that:(1)for the Tanjiaqiao Tunnel,the surrounding rock pressure of the Grade V surrounding rock section reaches stability about 465 days after excavation,and the surrounding rock pressure of the Grade IV surrounding rock section reaches stability about 40 days after excavation,showing that different levels of surrounding rock have a significant impact on the stability of surrounding rock pressure;(2)the surrounding rock pressure of the tunnel is prone to drastic changes due to changes in the characteristics of the surrounding rock when the tunnel is shallowly buried,and increases with the increase of burial depth when the tunnel is deeply buried;(3)the pressure of tunnel surrounding rock increases with the increase of the grade surrounding rock,and the maximum pressure values of the surrounding rock sections for Grade V and Grade IV surrounding rocks are 146 kPa and 89 kPa respectively;(4)the lateral pressure coefficient of the surrounding rock of the Tanjiaqiao Tunnel section increases with the increase of the surrounding rock grade,indicating that the Grade V surrounding rock section is more susceptible to load changes and affects structural stability;(5)for the Tanjiaqiao Tunnel,compared to the initial support structure,the secondary lining at the arch crown,arch waist,and side wall bears more surrounding rock pressure,and the main influencing factors include poor surrounding rock conditions,large buried depth of the section,and early construction of the secondary lining.
