摘　　要：加强网络舆情的监管和评估,对于高校科学应对危机事件、提高教育管理和服务水平有着重要的作用。自推动教育体系和治理能力现代化的角度,高校应对网络危机事件应当从虚拟网络社交、网络危机应对、网络参与主体、网络生态等方面入手探讨事件发生的原因,并在此基础上着力完善应对机制,推进安全教育,塑造和净化网络空间。Strengthening the supervision and evaluation of online public opinion plays an important role in higher education institutions'scientific response to crisis events,improving education management and service levels.From the perspective of promoting the modernization of the education system and governance capacity,colleges and universities should explore the causes of network crisis events from the aspects of virtual network socialization,network crisis response,network participants,and network ecology.Based on this,efforts should be made to improve response mechanisms,promote safety education,and shape and purify the cyberspace.
