墨家劳动伦理思想探析

摘　　要：注重劳动是墨家伦理思想的重要表征。先秦墨家秉持济世救民的身份意识,宣扬兼相爱交相利的爱人之法,倡导节用至上的伦理风尚,构筑出劳动伦理的主要内容。而在实践过程中,呼唤主体意志觉醒、为平民发声的伦理特质也得到清晰展现。在大力开展劳动教育的背景下,把墨家劳动伦理同人与社会关系、劳动实践风气、主体价值认同进行勾连,解析其在当代社会中的价值便显得尤为重要。先秦墨家重劳情怀,不仅对推进传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展具有重要意义,也成为践行劳动创造幸福的有力参照。Paying attention to labor is an important manifestation of Mohist ethical thought.Mohist school in pre-Qin dynasty upheld the identity consciousness of saving the world and the people,promoted the law of loving others with mutual love and mutual benefit,advocated the ethical fashion of saving money first,and constructed the main content of labor ethics.In the process of practice,the ethical characteristics of the consciousness awakening of calling for the subject's will and speaking for the common people have also been clearly demonstrated.In the context of vigorously promoting labor education,it is particularly important to link the Mohist labor ethics with the relationship between people and society,the atmosphere of labor practice,and the recognition of subject values,and analyze their value in contemporary society.The pre Qin Mohist school attached great importance to the sentiment of labor,which not only had important significance in promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture,but also became a powerful reference for labor to create happiness.
