摘 要:茶文化是中华传统文化的重要组成部分。明清时期江西茶文化上接唐宋,传承至今,依据地理分布可划分为南昌及周边地区、赣中地区、赣东北地区以及赣南地区。茶文化的传播与发展是地域间的文化交流与认同的产物,明清时期江西茶叶产地和品种的持续动态变化,反映出茶文化在地域间传播与演变的不同特点。将地方志研究与茶史研究相结合,重新审视和挖掘地方茶文化的历史价值,有助于丰富对不同时期江西茶文化的认识,为理解茶文化在地域社会中的传播机制提供新的视角,对于促进地方文化传承和茶产业的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。Tea culture is an important component of traditional Chinese culture.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,Jiangxi’s tea culture inherited from the Tang and Song dynasties and has been passed down to this day.Based on geographical distribution,it can be divided into Nanchang and surrounding areas,central Jiangxi region,northeastern Jiangxi region,and southern Jiangxi region.The dissemination and development of tea culture is a product of cultural exchange and recognition between regions.The continuous dynamic changes in tea production areas and varieties in Jiangxi during the Ming and Qing dynasties reflect the different characteristics of tea culture dissemination and evolution between regions.Combining local gazetteers with tea history research,re-examining and excavating the historical value of local tea culture,can help enrich the understanding of Jiangxi tea culture in different periods,provide new perspectives for understanding the dissemination mechanism of tea culture in regional society,and have important practical significance for promoting the inheritance of local culture and the sustainable development of the tea industry.
