摘  要:目的:探究血清前列腺素内过氧化物合酶2(prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase 2,PTGS2)、几丁质酶3样蛋白1(chitinase 3-like protein 1,CHI3L1)水平与精神分裂症患者认知功能的关系。方法:选取130例精神分裂症患者设为研究组,同期来院体检的96名健康体检者作为对照组。采用精神分裂症认知功能成套测验(MATRICS consensus cognitive battery,MCCB)评分评估研究对象的认知功能。检测两组研究对象血清PTGS2、CHI3L1水平。Pearson法分析精神分裂症患者血清中PTGS2与CHI3L1水平与MCCB评分的相关性。结果:与对照组相比,研究组精神分裂症患者血清PTGS2、CHI3L1水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),精神分裂症患者连线测验、语言记忆、言语流畅、符号编码、迷宫测验、视觉记忆的MCCB分值均降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。血清PTGS2、CHI3L1水平与连线测验、语言记忆、言语流畅、符号编码、迷宫测验、视觉记忆的MCCB分值均呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论:血清PTGS2、CHI3L1水平均与精神分裂症患者的认知功能呈负相关,是评估精神分裂症患者认知功能的潜在标志物。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase 2(PTGS2),chitinase 3-like protein 1(CHI3L1)and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 130 hospitalized schizophrenic patients were selected as the study group;96 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The cognitive function of the subjects was evaluated by using the MATRICS consensus cognitive battery(MCCB)score.The levels of serum PTGS2 and CHI3L1 in the two groups were detected.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between PTGS2 and CHI3L1 levels in serum and MCCB score of schizophrenic patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of serum PTGS2 and CHI3L1 in the study group were obviously higher(all P<0.05),the scores of MCCB of wiring test,language memory,speech fluency,symbol encoding,maze test and visual memory in schizophrenic patients decreased obviously(all P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that serum PTGS2 and CHI3L1 levels were negatively correlated with MCCB scores of connection test,language memory,speech fluency,symbol encoding,maze test and visual memory(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of PTGS2 and CHI3L1 in serum are negatively correlated with the cognitive function of schizophrenic patients,and they are potential markers for evaluating the cognitive function of schizophrenic patients.
