摘　　要：目的:检验中文版Zung焦虑自评量表(Zung self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)在社区居民中的信效度。方法:天津664名和上海257名社区居民采用自编人口量表、中文版SAS和健康状况调查问卷进行评估,并在平均一周后对94名受访者进行回访。结果:量表内部一致性α系数为0.733,不同人口学特征下α系数在0.622~0.838之间;探索性分析提取出4个公因子,累计方差解释率为55.25%;验证性模型拟合情况为:比较拟合指数=0.99、塔克-刘易斯指数=0.99和近似误差均方根=0.03,χ^(2)/df=2.37;总分重测信度为0.62,四因子重测信度分别为0.41、0.57、0.69和0.65;相关结果显示,中文版SAS量表总分与健康状况调查问卷的两因子的总分呈显著负相关。结论:中文版SAS在社区居民中具有良好的信效度,可以作为成人焦虑筛查的有效评估工具。Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)among community residents.Method:Residents from Tianjin(n=664)and Shanghai(n=257)accepted the assessment of the self-developed scale of demographics,the Chinese version of SAS,and a 36-item short form health survey,and 94 respondents were retested after an average of one week.Results:The internal consistency of Cronbach'sαof the scale in the sample was 0.733 and ranged from 0.622 to 0.838 in subgroups of various demographics;the exploratory factor analysis identified 4 factors,which explained 55.25%of the total variance;confirmatory factor analysis fit index showed that:comparative fit index=0.99,Tucker-Lewis index=0.99,root mean square error of approximation=0.03,χ2/df=2.37;The test-retest reliability for the total score in the entire sample was 0.62.Four factors of test-retest reliability were 0.41,0.57,0.69,and 0.65;SAS total scores were significantly negatively correlated with two components of the SF-36.Conclusion:The Chinese version of SAS has good reliability and validity among by community residents,and can be used as an effective assessment tool for adults anxiety screening.
