摘　　要：国有企业是我国国民经济的重要支柱。作为我国社会主义市场经济的核心组成部分,国有企业始终致力于推动社会的进步与发展,在巩固公有制经济的基础上,也处理着发展与共享的平衡统一问题。社会主义公有制是人类社会的必然选择,公有制思想为我国国有企业发展提供了重要的理论支持和经验指导。国有企业在我国经历了初步探索、深入发展和全面深化三个发展时期。坚持公有制发展道路,保护好国有企业的根本利益是维护社会主义的重要体现,也是促进社会公平的重要载体。在我国向着第二个百年奋斗目标前进的背景下,重新审视国有企业的理论脉络与价值旨归,对于我国进行社会主义现代化建设具有非常重要的启示作用。State-owned enterprises have been an important pillar of China's national economy.As a core component of China's socialist market economy,state-owned enterprises have always been committed to promoting the progress and development of China's society.On the basis of consolidating public ownership of the economy,they also deal with the problem of balancing development and sharing.Marxist classic writers believe that socialist public ownership is the inevitable choice of human society.Their public ownership ideology not only provides important theoretical support for state-owned enterprises in our country,but also provides important experience guidance for the development of state-owned enterprises in our country.The state-owned enterprises in our country have also gone through three periods of initial exploration,in-depth development and overall deepening of development.Adhering to the development path of public ownership and protecting the fundamental interests of state-owned enterprises is an important embodiment of safeguarding socialism and an important carrier of promoting social equity.Under the background of our country moving towards the second centenary goal,reexamining the theoretical context and value of state-owned enterprises is very important for the modernization of our country.
