摘  要:以精炼渣砂替代天然砂,精炼渣粉替代水泥配制精炼渣改性水泥混凝土,研究精炼渣砂、精炼渣粉掺量对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响及其改性机理,实现大宗固废多尺度综合利用。结果表明:混凝土工作性能随精炼渣砂、精炼渣粉掺量增加先增大后减小,掺入精炼渣砂、精炼渣粉有利于提高混凝土拌合物的保水性和粘聚性。复掺40%精炼渣砂+5%精炼渣粉时混凝土抗压强度最高,耐久性能与其力学性能的变化规律保持一致。多尺度复掺使精炼渣掺量更大且混凝土性能更优,可选用复掺60%精炼渣砂+10%精炼渣粉的混凝土,从而最大程度地利用当地固废。By using refined slag sand instead of natural sand and refined slag powder instead of cement to prepare refined slag modified cement concrete,the effects of different dosages of refined slag sand and refined slag powder on the workability,mechanical properties,and durability of concrete,as well as their modification mechanisms,were studied to achieve multi-scale comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste.The results indicate that the workability of concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of refined slag sand and refined slag powder content.The addition of refined slag sand and refined slag powder is beneficial for improving the water retention and cohesion of concrete mixtures.When adding 5%refined slag powder and 40%refined slag sand,the compressive strength of concrete is the highest,and the durability performance is consistent with the variation law of its mechanical properties.Multi-scale mixing increases the amount of refined slag and improves the performance of concrete.Concrete mixed with 10%refined slag powder and 60%refined slag sand can be selected to maximize the utilization of local solid waste.
