感觉统合治疗联合盐酸托莫西汀对多动障碍患儿的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨SIT联合盐酸托莫西汀对多动障碍患儿的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年6月-2022年12月于本院治疗的82例多动障碍患儿临床资料,依据治疗方法的不同分为2组,每组41例。对照组采用盐酸托莫西汀治疗,观察组采用盐酸托莫西汀联合SIT治疗。比较2组临床疗效、核心症状、负性行为、感觉统合能力及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组;治疗后SNAP-Ⅳ评分及PSQ评分低于对照组;学习能力、本体感、触觉、前庭平衡感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多动障碍患儿采用SIT联合盐酸托莫西汀治疗有利于提高治疗效果,改善核心症状及负性行为,提高患儿的感觉统合能力,且不良反应未增加。Objective To explore the effects of sensory integration therapy(SIT)combined with toroxetine hydrochloride on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 82 children with ADHD treated in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2022.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tomoxetine hydrochloride,while the observation group was treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with SIT.Compared the clinical efficacy,core symptoms,negative emotions,sensory integration ability and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After the treatment,the scores of the Swanson Children s Behavior Scale(SNAP-IV)and Conners Children s Behavior Scale(PSQ)were lower than those of the control group.The scores of learning ability,proprioception,touch and vestibular balance were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The use of SIT combined with toroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of children with ADHD is beneficial for improving treatment efficacy,improving the core symptoms and negative emotions,enhancing their sensory integration ability,and there is no increase in adverse reactions.
