工电结合部病害成因分析及整治措施研究

摘　　要：该文结合赤峰工务段工电问题的特征,制定预防设备故障的控制措施。针对赤峰工务段2023年工电问题进行全面认真的分析,确定导致设备故障的4个典型原因:尖轨不密贴、尖轨贴靠基本轨反弹和颤动、尖轨爬行和关键部位设备缺损。针对原因分析,制定有效的整治措施,进而更有效地解决工电结合部问题。该文通过对道岔工电结合部联合整治问题进行研究,借助于工电联合整治平台,实现闭环管理,从根本上消除工电结合部病害,降低道岔维修费用,减少道岔的维修工作量,延长设备使用寿命,提升道岔的整体平顺性,降低设备故障发生率,确保行车安全。This paper combines the characteristics of industrial and electrical problems in our section to formulate control measures to prevent equipment failures.A comprehensive and careful analysis of the industrial and electrical problems in Chifeng works section in 2023 was conducted,and four typical causes of equipment failure were identified:the tongue rail is not tightly adhered,the tongue rail rebounds and trembles against the basic rail,the tongue rail is crawling,and equipment defects in key parts.Based on the analysis of the causes,effective remediation measures were formulated to more effectively solve the problem of the industrial and power junction.This paper conducts research on the joint renovation of the work-power junction of turnouts,uses the joint renovation platform of work-power junction to realize closed-loop management,fundamentally eliminates diseases in the work-power junction,reduces turnout maintenance costs,reduces turnout maintenance workload,prolongs equipment service life,improves the overall smoothness of the turnouts,and reduces the incidence of equipment failures,so as to ensure driving safety.
