抽水工况下抽水蓄能电厂风电波动调节技术

摘  要:鉴于多数抽水蓄能电站安装可逆式机组的现状,该文提出一种运用双馈变速技术扩展风电波动调节范围的方案,利用电子元件实现发电机转子交流励磁,进而对机组的转速与功率进行解耦控制,达到动态调节、快速响应的目的。使用Matlab平台构建抽水蓄能机组模型并进行动态调节仿真,结果表明机组电磁功率调节的速动性良好,无论是在水轮机工况还是水泵工况下都能完成风电功率波动调节,切实提高抽水蓄能机组的调节能力。In view of the current situation of installing reversible units in most pumped storage power stations,this paper proposes a plan to use doubly-fed variable speed technology to expand the range of wind power fluctuation regulation.Electronic components are used to realize AC excitation of the generator rotor,and then the speed and power of the unit are decoupled,thus achieving the purpose of dynamic adjustment and rapid response.The model of the pumped storage unit is built using Matlab platform and dynamic adjustment simulation is carried out.The results show that the electromagnetic power adjustment of the unit has good quickness,and the wind and electricity power fluctuation adjustment can be completed regardless of whether it is under water turbine operating conditions or pump operating conditions,which effectively improves the regulation ability of the pumped storage unit.
