摘 要:高校女教师是高等教育战线的主力军,她们的职业幸福体验关系学生的成长成才以及学校的发展。高校女教师职业幸福体验具有平衡与优势、质和量、主客观条件以及享受与发展四方面相统一的特征。在现实中,她们的职业幸福体验则面临着角色冲突、思想功利、德性缺失以及发展停滞等因素的影响,遭遇发展意识偏差、职业成就感低、晋升困难等现实困境。文章以马克思美好生活观为遵循,从营造平等自由的生存环境、寻求正义独立的人文精神、提升职业忠诚度和能力素养四个方面,探求高校女教师改进职业幸福体验的路径。Female teachers in colleges and universities represent a significant proportion of the teaching workforce in higher education institutions.Their professional happiness is closely linked to the growth and success of their students,as well as the development of the university as a whole,which is characterized by a state of equilibrium,comprising a combination of qualitative and quantitative aspects,as well as subjective and objective conditions.Additionally,it encompasses a sense of fulfillment and personal growth.In practice,their career happiness is influenced by a number of factors,including role conflict,ideological utilitarianism,a lack of morality,and stagnation in professional development.They also encounter onsiderable challenges,such as a lack of awareness about their career progression,low levels of career achievement,and difficulties in promotion.In line with Marx's perspective on a better life,this paper examines the potential paths for female college teachers to enhance their professional happiness experience,with a focus on four key areas:the creation of an equal and free living environment,the pursuit of a humanistic spirit of justice and independence,and the improvement of professional dedication and proficiency.
