摘　　要：高校学生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,学生党建工作模式创新与否关乎高校党建工作质量发展水平。当前高校学生党建工作模式还存在思想引领不强、教育方法和载体创新不足、工作队伍建设和发展不畅、工作模式创新制度欠缺等问题,对高校学生党建工作内涵式发展形成阻碍。面对新时期新问题新要求,必须结合学生发展和工作实际,从加强思想政治引领、创新学生党建工作方式和载体、加强党建工作队伍建设、完善学生党建工作制度创新等方面出发,推进新时代高校学生党建工作质量发展。The Party building work of college students is an important component of the Party building work in colleges,and the innovation of the student Party building work mode is related to the quality development of the Party building work in colleges.The current mode of Party building for college students still faces problems such as weak ideological guidance,insufficient innovation in educational methods and carriers,unsmooth construction and development of work teams,and lack of innovative systems for work modes,which hinder the connotative development of Party building work for college students.In the face of new problems and requirements in the new era,it is necessary to combine student development and actual work,promote the quality development of college student Party building work in the new era by strengthening ideological and political guidance,innovating the carrier of college student Party building work methods,strengthening the construction of college Party building work teams,and improving the innovative system of college student Party building work.
