摘  要:公立医院高质量发展离不开党建引领。为避免党建在引领发展中角色定位不清、路径抓手不实、实践效果不佳等问题,公立医院党委要在机制构建上转变思路、加强探索。以中部地区某三甲公立医院为例,系统阐述了医院党委在组织行为学原理范式下,在价值观引领、组织决策、领导力、团队建设、激励机制、可信度建立、组织文化建设等方面的具体举措,提供了公立医院把党的政治、组织优势转化为高质量发展引擎的实践蓝本,为我国公立医院党建业务相融合、实现高质量发展提供借鉴。High-quality development of public hospitals cannot be separated from the guidance of Party building.To avoid problems of unclear role positioning,ineffective path setting or poor practice of the Party in leading high-quality development,Party Committees of public hospitals should change the thoughts and strengthen exploration in mechanism construction.Based on the practice of the Party Committee of a tertiary public hospital in central China,the article systematically elaborated the specific measures taken by the hospital in the paradigm of organizational behavior principle,in terms of value guidance,decision-making,leadership,team building,incentive mechanism,credibility establishment and organizational culture.It provides a practical blueprint for public hospitals to effectively transform Party's political and organizational advantages into an endogenous momentum for high-quality development,which is expected to provide reference for the integration of Party-building and high-quality development of public hospitals in China.
