摘 要:目的探究突发公共卫生事件下中学生社会支持对学习倦怠的影响,并分析心理弹性和网络成瘾在其中的中介作用。方法使用青少年社会支持量表、短版心理弹性量表、中学生网络成瘾诊断量表及青少年学习倦怠量表,采取简单随机整群抽样的方法抽取成都市15所中学的34549名中学生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷30664份。采用Spearman相关性分析探讨社会支持、心理弹性、网络成瘾、学习倦怠之间的关系,采用宏程序PROCESS检验心理弹性及网络成瘾在社会支持与学习倦怠之间的链式中介效应。结果心理弹性与网络成瘾分别在社会支持与学习倦怠之间起部分中介作用(β1=-0.184,β2=-0.049,P<0.05),同时“心理弹性-网络成瘾”又在社会支持与学习倦怠之间起链式中介作用(β=-0.026,P<0.05)。结论突发公共卫生事件下,中学生社会支持既可以直接影响学习倦怠,又可以分别通过心理弹性、网络成瘾的中介作用,以及“心理弹性-网络成瘾”的链式中介作用间接影响学习倦怠。Objective To investigate the effect of social support on learning burnout and the chain mediating role of resilience and internet addiction among middle school students during sudden public health emergencies.Methods Using Social Support Scale for Adolescents,10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Internet Addiction Disorder Diagnostic Scale for Middle School Students and Adolescent Student Burnout Inventory,34549 students from 15 middle schools in Chengdu were selected for the survey using the simple random cluster sampling method,and 30664 valid questionnaires were collected.The Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between social support,learning burnout,resilience and internet addiction.The macro program PROCESS was used to inspect the chain mediating effect of resilience and internet addiction between social spport and learining burnout.Results Resilience and internet addiction partially mediated the effect between social support and learning burnout respectively(β1=-0.184,β2=-0.049,P<0.05).Meanwhile,“resilience-internet addiction”played a chain mediating role between social support and learning burnout(β=-0.026,P<0.05).Conclusion During sudden public health emergencies,social support influences learning burnout not only directly,but also through the indirect paths of resilience and internet addiction,and the chain mediating path of“resilience-internet addiction”.
