新时期医学院校形势与政策教育教学高质量发展的若干思考

摘　　要：形势与政策教育教学高质量发展对医学生职业素养强化,德才兼备医学人才培养有重要指导作用。医学院校要加强对形势与政策教育教学重要性的认识,利用好课堂教学主渠道,结合医学生特点和专业实际,在教学内容、教学方法上深入研究,改革创新,在“把道理讲深、讲透、讲活”上下功夫。把好教师关,加强教学团队建设,以团队促教师发展,以团队促课程建设,在课程规范化基础上实现高质量教学。The high-quality development of education and teaching on the Situation&Policy plays an important guiding role in strengthening medical students′professional competence and cultivating medical personnel with both morality and ability.Medical colleges should strengthen their learning of the importance of Situation&Policy education and teaching,make good use of the main channel of classroom teaching,combine the characteristics of medical students and professional reality,conduct in-depth research,reform and innovation in teaching content and methods,and make efforts to"explain the truth deeply,thoroughly,and vividly".Control teachers′quality,strengthen the construction of teaching teams,promote teacher development through teams,promote course construction through teams,and achieve high-quality teaching on the basis of standardized course.
