基于医学生人文关怀精神培养的形成性评价在医学实验动物学教学中的实践

摘　　要：人文关怀精神培养是新医科建设的重要内容,在医学实验动物学教学中,通过倡导医学生关心爱护实验动物、参加相关实践活动,以润物细无声的方式将人文关怀精神深植于医学生内心,并运用形成性评价不断收集学生的反馈信息,及时调整教学方案,有效提升医学生人文关怀能力。The cultivation of humanistic care spirit is an important part of the construction of new medicine.In the teaching of laboratory animal science,by advocating medical students to care for and love laboratory animal,participate in relevant practical activities,and deeply plant the humanistic care spirit in medical students′hearts in a subtle and silent way with formative evaluation to continuously collect feedback information from students,adjust teaching plans in a timely manner,and effectively enhance medical students′humanistic care ability.
