摘　　要：以西北某高校藏医学专业毕业生为例,回顾性分析2021—2023年毕业生就业情况,对生源地、就业去向、性别、就业单位行业4个指标进行统计分析,明确该专业学生的就业趋势。同时提出可行的对策及建议,为提升藏医学专业毕业生就业质量提供参考。Taking Tibetan medicine graduates from a university in Northwest China as an example,this study retrospectively analyzes the employment of graduates from 2021 to 2023,and conducts statistical analysis on four indicators:origin,employment destination,gender,and employer′s business,to clarify students′employment trend in their major.Simultaneously propose feasible strategies and suggestions to provide reference for improving the employment quality of graduates majored in Tibetan medicine.
