摘　　要：目的了解突发公共卫生事件背景下公立医院护士参与志愿者服务现状,并分析其影响因素。方法自制问卷调查浙江省10所公立医院的355名护士志愿者服务参与现状及其影响因素。结果62.5%的护士参与过志愿者服务,参与项目前3位分别为健康教育宣讲、门诊咨询及居住社区防疫,其中45.5%的护士认为突发公共卫生事件在一定程度上阻碍其参与志愿者服务,33.8%的认为促进了其参与志愿者服务,20.7%的认为没有影响;多因素分析显示是否为共产党员、职称、家人支持态度、科室领导支持态度是护士参与志愿者服务的影响因素。结论突发公共卫生事件背景下公立医院护士志愿者服务参与度处于中等水平,建议通过思想政治教育增强护士的志愿服务意识,通过制订激励措施及提高家庭和社会支持水平促进护士积极参与志愿者服务。Objective To learn the status of nurses′participation in volunteer services in public hospitals under the background of public health emergencies,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A self-made questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status and influencing factors of 355 nurse volunteers′service participation in 10 public hospitals in Zhejiang Province.Results 62.5%of nurses have participated in volunteer services,with the top three participating in the project being health education lectures,outpatient consultations,and residential community epidemic prevention.Among them,45.5%of nurses believe that public health emergencies have to some extent hindered their participation in volunteer services,33.8%believe they have promoted their participation in volunteer services,and 20.7%believe they have no impact.Multivariate analysis shows that whether a nurse is member of CPC,professional title,attitude of families′support,and attitude of department manager′s support are influencing factors for their participation in volunteer services.Conclusion Under the background of public health emergencies,nurses′participation in volunteer services in public hospitals is at a moderate level.It is recommended to enhance nurses′awareness of volunteer services through Ideological&Political education,and promote nurses′active participation in volunteer services by formulating incentive measures and improving family and social support levels.
