摘 要:目的分析单一干预模式和多维度干预模式对临床医学专业学位硕士研究生(以下简称临床专硕)抑郁和焦虑状况的干预效果。方法采用抑郁症筛查量表、7项广泛性焦虑障碍量表在干预前后分别测评临床专硕的抑郁、焦虑程度。结果经过干预,临床专硕的抑郁、焦虑状况得到了一定程度改善。结论多维度综合干预模式的干预效果优于单一干预模式,多维度干预模式可有效改善临床专硕心理状态,缓解其抑郁、焦虑情绪。Objective To analyze the intervention effects of single intervention model and multi-dimensional intervention model on depression and anxiety status of master of medicine(hereinafter referred to as clinical M.M).Methods The PHQ-9 and the GAD-7 Scale were used to evaluate the depression and anxiety levels of master of medicine before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the depression and anxiety status of master of medicine have been improved to a certain extent.Conclusion The intervention effect of the multi-dimensional comprehensive intervention model is better than that of the single intervention model.The multi-dimensional intervention model can effectively improve the psychological state of master of medicine and alleviate their depression and anxiety emotions.
