摘　　要：目的分析我国研究生循证医学思维培养现状及发展趋势,为今后我国医学研究生培养方案的完善提供理论参考。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普及中国生物医学文献数据库,对研究生循证医学思维培养相关文献进行文献计量学分析,检索时间为建库至2023年12月1日。结果纳入167篇文献,国内该领域研究始于2001年,文献数量整体呈上升趋势。研究性质和研究类型分别以质性研究和描述性研究为主,研究主题以人才培养研究为主,研究热点集中于循证教学和临床能力培养。结论研究生循证医学思维培养相关研究关注度日益增加,但仍有待深化,以期早日建立以循证医学思维为核心的研究生培养、考核及评价一体化模式。Objective To analyze the status and development trend of training for graduates′evidence-based medicine thinking in China,and provide theoretical references for the improvement of training programs for medical graduate in the future.Methods Sea-rched China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database to conduct bibliometric analysis on literature related to training for graduates′evidence-based medicine thinking.The search period was from the establishment of the database to December 1,2023.Results 167 articles were included,and research in this field in China began in 2001,with an overall increase in quantity of articles.The research nature and type are mainly qualitative research and descriptive research respectively.The research theme is mainly focused on personnel cultivation research,and the research hotspots are concentrated on evidence-based teaching and clinical competence development.Conclusion The research on training for graduates′evidence-based medicine thinking is receiving increasing attention yet still needs further establishment of integrated model for graduates′cultivation,assessment,and evaluation with evidence-based medicine thinking as the core.
