摘 要:文章通过现场取样和实验室模拟,探讨了聚氨酯防水涂料中有机化合物在输水管道中的迁移行为。对疑似污染的给水PPR管材和固化后的聚氨酯防水涂料进行连续浸泡实验,建立吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱联用法对浸泡液进行成分分析,鉴定出聚氨酯防水涂料中向PPR管材中迁移的污染物类别,包括1,2,3-三甲苯、1,2-二乙基苯、3-丙基甲苯等多种四甲苯类有机化合物。通过不同浸泡时间和防水基层有效阻隔厚度的实验,分析了这些因素对有机化合物迁移量的影响。研究结果表明,防水基层厚度和浸泡时间显著影响有机化合物的迁移行为,提供了优化聚氨酯防水涂料应用于输水管道的理论依据和实践建议。In this paper,the migration behavior of organic compounds in polyurethane waterproof ing coatings in water pipeline was investigated by f ield sampling and laboratory simulation.Continuous immersion experiments were carried out on suspected contaminated PPR pipes and cured polyurethane waterproof coatings,and a purge-trap/GC-MS method was established to analyze the composition of the soaking solution,and the types of pollutants that migrated from the polyurethane waterproof coatings to the PPR pipes were identif ied.Including 1,2,3-tritylene,1,2-diethylbenzene,3-propyl toluene and other tetratoluene organic compounds.The influence of these factors on the migration of organic compounds was analyzed by experiments of different soaking time and effective barrier thickness of waterproof base.The results show that the thickness and soaking time of the waterproof base signif icantly affect the migration behavior of organic compounds,which provides the theoretical basis and practical suggestions for optimizing the application of polyurethane waterproof coating in water pipeline.
