摘 要:该研究从身体运动功能训练体系的角度出发,将其与羽毛球项目所需的运动素质需求结合探讨。作为一项技能主导类隔网对抗性项目,羽毛球的技术动作主要包含挥拍动作和多方向移动等,关键的体能要素则是灵敏、速度和力量、耐力。该研究依照功能解剖和运动生物力学原理,将训练重点放在躯干支柱力量、多方向移动速度、下肢爆发力和专项击球动作模式等方面,对羽毛球项目适宜的身体运动功能训练方法进行初探。适宜的身体运动功能测试、神经肌肉整合训练以及针对性的能量代谢系统训练能够有效提高羽毛球运动员动力链能量传输效率,同时有效降低受伤风险。From the point of view of the physical function training system,this study combines it with the sports quality needs of badminton events.As a skill-dominated antagonistic sport,Badminton technical movements mainly involve swinging and multi-directional motions,with key physical elements being agility,speed,strength,and endurance.Following the principles of functional anatomy and Sports Biomechanics,this research focuses on training techniques such as trunk pillar strength,multi-directional movement speed,lower limb explosive power,and specialized hitting techniques,offering preliminary insights into suitable physical movement function training methods for Badminton players.Appropriate body movement function tests,neuromuscular integration training,and targeted energy metabolism system training can effectively enhance the efficiency of energy transfer within the power chain for badminton athletes while simultaneously reducing the risk of injury.
