摘　　要：随着体育产业规模的不断扩大,休闲体育专业人才需求相应增加,省内体育类专业院校与综合类大学不断创新休闲体育专业人才培养模式,满足社会对休闲体育专业人才的需求。当前,江苏省内休闲体育专业人才培养存在人才培养目标泛化、专业发展粗放、师资队伍建设力度不够、实训平台育人有效性不足的问题。因此,借鉴西方发展经验,提出提升人才培养的针对性、强化专业的融合性发展、提高育人实效、促进校企合作等发展策略,以提高省内休闲体育专业人才培养质量,适应新形势下休闲体育领域新质生产力发展要求,为“强富美高”新江苏发展培养高素质人才。With the continuous expansion of the sports industry,the demand for Leisure Sports professionals has correspondingly increased.Sports colleges and comprehensive universities in Jiangsu Province continue to innovate the training mode of Leisure Sports professionals to meet the social demand for Leisure Sports professionals.The current problems in the cultivation of Leisure Sports professionals in Jiangsu Province include the generalization of talent training objectives,prominent characteristics of extensive professional development,insufficient construction of the teaching staff,insufficient effectiveness of the practical training platforms in educating talents.Therefore,drawing on the development experience of the West,it puts forward development strategies such as enhancing the pertinence of talent cultivation,strengthening the integration development of majors,improving the effectiveness of education,and promoting school enterprise cooperation,in order to improve the quality of Leisure Sports professional talent cultivation in the province,adapt to the requirements of new quality production in the field of leisure sports under the new situation,and cultivate high-quality talents for the development of the"strong,rich,beautiful and high"new Jiangsu.
