摘 要:矿山智能化技术具有实时数据分析优化运输路径、自动化装载与卸货减少人为错误、车辆自动诊断与预防性维护降低停机时间等特性,显著提高了矿山运输效率和安全性。基于此,结合智能化技术的实际运用,以矿山运输中矿车智能化技术为核心,分析智能调度与管理系统的应用及无人驾驶矿车的实地测试与部署,提出矿车智能化技术实施优化策略,以期为矿山运输的智能化发展提供有效参考。Intelligent Mining technology has the characteristics of real-time data analysis to optimize transportation paths,automated loading and unloading to reduce human errors,automatic vehicle diagnosis and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime,which significantly improves mining transportation efficiency and safety.Based on this,combined with the practical application of intelligent technology,with Intelligent Mining Vehicle technology in mining transportation as the core,this paper analyzes the application of intelligent scheduling and management systems and the on-site testing and deployment of unmanned mining vehicles,and proposes optimization strategies for the implementation of mining vehicle intelligent technology,in order to provide effective reference for the intelligent development of mining transportation.
